I’m not sure any have but I may well have got that wrong. My ‘21 PHEV didn’t come with a spare but I bought the bits separately and now have a space saver. I could not but the insert moulding but managed to fiddle a support system. I had to buy third party as my dealer said they could not even buy the parts for me as the system would not allow the purchase.

I bought an after market space saver size alloy wheel. I have not needed it yet, but the thought of driving with a repair kit was causing too much anxiety.

As others have said, to the best of my knowledge all UK RAVs currently come with a repair kit rather than space saver wheel. However my Son has a RAV PHEV in Ireland and he says that all Irish RAVs are supplied with a space saver spare wheel, so you may be able to get the proper spare wheel and firmed moulding from an Irish Main Dealer.
