Thank you for your reply. We have finally got a positive reply from our dealer. Yes it was to do with electric side.... problem was they couldn't get the correct wiring!
They have now got tow bar and wiring just waiting again for a date to have it fitted.
Don't wait for them to come back to you, just keep pestering them, but I also have other things to do in my day, so time consuming.
