ONLY HAVE BLANK PLATE WHERE USB SHOULD BE IN ARMREST CONSOLE NEXT TO 12V OUTLET IS THERE WIRING CONNECTION FOR USB BEHIND PLATE TO PLUG IN USB CHARGING UNIT IF MANAGED TO GET ONE. THANKS

Hi, I've been through all the manuals and cannot find a way to stop schools being displayed on the systems map. Perhaps they are shown by default? They are not listed in POIs and are not in the list of POIs I have selected. Does anyone know if they can be turned off and if so how?

Compared to other cars I have owned, I find that my 2021 Corolla takes a long time for the air blowers to produce warm air?

The windscreen defroster mode also doesn't seem to enable AC, recirculate and fast fan speed by default like other vehicles?

Typically it seems to take >10 minutes for warm air to be produced.

I am a new owner of a 21 plate Coroller. On handover there was a lot to take in. Can anyone please explain the green and white “band” that rotates while driving, I think that the green one is fuel?

Picked up my new 2023 corolla a week ago and have covered 300 miles.

Not sure if I have an issue or not.

On one occasion a week ago when driving the central LCD screen turned black for approximately 2 seconds and then returned to the normal display.

Today when driving the central LCD screen turned black for approximately 2 seconds along with the main instrument panel behind the steering wheel and then both screens returned to the normal display.

Today I also noticed when I move the shift lever from D to P and visa versa the central LCD screen turns black and comes back on once in P or D........... Is this function normal?

Would be interested to know what fuel consumption is like on a 2ltr Corolla during long motorway driving stretches at motorway speeds.

Picked up my new Corolla GR Sport two days ago, the car feels and drive great, however the DAB reception tends to cut in and out on all stations when I'm out in the countryside. The reception is fine in and around my local area of Peterborough.

Also on one occasion the central LCD display screen turned black for a couple of seconds and then reverted back to the correct display.

Have any other owners experienced the above?

My previous car was a Mazda 3 Sport Tech and in 3 years of ownership it never lost the DAB signal.

The Corolla is booked into my local Toyota dealership early next week for them to check out the issue.

Having taken delivery of my first Toyota Hybrid this week, a 2023 Corolla, I thought I would give the 12V battery some maintenance while washing the car.

I left the car in Ready Mode, in P and Hand Brake on. Was going to leave it in that condition for an hour as recommended by various posts and by Toyota.

However I noticed when I walked around the front of the car the daytime running lights were on, Is this correct or am I missing something regarding the daytime running lights.

I was concerned the daytime running lights would discharge the 12V battery??? so I turned the car off.

Would appreciate advice on the above. Thank you.

I have just ordered a 2ltr Corolla GR Sport, due for delivery Nov 2023.

Just slightly concerned about the 12V battery retaining charge as I do lots of short 10 or 15 minute journeys, has anyone experienced any issues if mainly doing short journeys.

After 50 years of driving I'm due to take delivery of my first Hybrid and automatic car, a Corolla 2ltr Gr Sport.

Can I ask what is the best drive to select when the car is at standstill ie - waiting at traffic lights or in a que.

Can I leave the car in D with the auto brake hold activated, or place in M with the auto brake hold activated, or place in P with the auto brake hold activated.

Looking at the user manual it says when the vehicle is placed in M the battery is not charging??

We had a hire car a CHR and found it created a 'blind' spot as it was too high!!!

We was told we could have a towbar fitted, but when booked in at a dealer they said it couldn't be done. A problem with the electrics.

What price is it to replace the battery when it's done

On motorway it started to drop the speed from 70mph to 60mph fo no reason, but it was raining heavly.

It happened again in dry weather. It was serviced by the main dealer in September this year

This problem only occurs on motorway. It loses speed and CVT gears struggling to change. [Icould hear that ]

The car is booked at Toyota Dealer for inspection on next Tuesday in Bristol.
