Have now removed blank plate with wire attached behind plate so got usb part  from car breakers on ebay correct part no  and works fine even seems enough power from usb to power nextbase dashcam.

ONLY HAVE BLANK PLATE WHERE USB SHOULD BE IN ARMREST CONSOLE NEXT TO 12V OUTLET IS THERE WIRING CONNECTION FOR USB BEHIND PLATE TO PLUG IN USB CHARGING UNIT IF MANAGED TO GET ONE. THANKS
