What is the issue, I haven’t heard of any specific tailgate problems other than people asking about sequence to be followed to open it

It is over a year we discovered the tail gate operation issues, car has been taken in twice to fix this, one being last Thursday the 18th of May, dealer said tail gate is fixed, we have same problem still
